We are currently recruiting for a Breach of Contract/ Enforcement Team Leader who will be based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
We are currently looking for someone to come in and oversee a team who are handling a caseload of pre and post litigated breach of contract/ enforcement matters following successful housing disrepair claims. Experience of Housing Disrepair and Enforcement would be advantageous, and previous litigation experience is essential

Responsibilities to include:
- Managing capacity and ensuring workloads are distributed evenly across the team.
- Support, develop and motivate the team through holding regular 1-2-1’s and meetings.
- Ensuring that a high level quality of service is provided at all times.
- Embody and be a keen ambassador for the firms values
- Overseeing progression of team caseload ensure that clients receive appropriate and professional legal advice in a timely and efficient manner, whilst managing their expectations.
- Manage your own caseload from inception to completion.
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets an to prioritise a varied caseload.
About You:
- Ability to positively motivate and support team members.
- Previous litigation experience is essential
- Previous housing disrepair experience is desirable
- Previous enforcement experience is desirable
- Target driven whilst maintaining exceptional client care
- Confident when working to targets
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the CPR
- Knowledge of Housing Disrepair/ Conditions case law desirable.
- Ability to provide a high level of client care.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, as part of a team and using one’s own initiative.
