We are currently recruiting for a Pre-Litigation Fee Earners in our specialist team dealing with claims for injury and credit hire who will be based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

Day to day you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of injury and non-injury claims.  You will deal with the claim from inception to issue (if necessary).

Responsibilities

• Progressing your caseload to ensure that clients receive appropriate and professional legal advice in a timely and efficient manner, whilst managing their expectations.
• Manage your own caseload from inception.
• Review and advise on the Merits/risks of financial documentation.

About you

• Ability to manage your own case load of pre litigated cases.
• A good understanding of the civil procedure rule.
• Experience within credit hire and personal injury.
• Experience of reviewing and assessing impecuniosity documentation
• Previous pre litigation experience required.
• Target driven whilst maintaining exceptional client care.
• Confident when working to targets.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to provide a high level of client care.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, as part of a team and using one’s own initiative.
