Craig, a Chartered Legal Executive, qualified in 2009 and has been working in the insurance and personal injury sector for over 20 years. He has worked for both claimants and defendants and has a good understanding of the strategies and tactics used by defendants and their insurers in compensation claims and litigation.
He has vast experience in handling complex disputes, both in terms of value and liability, covering a wide scope of claims including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, occupier’s liability, and counter-fraud and fraud allegations.
He previously worked as a manager and partner in a defendant-focused practice specialising in organised fraud and group actions and currently manages a team handling complex liability and causation disputes. Most of the work he covers involves claims from victims of road traffic accidents consisting of drivers, passengers, pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists.
