Gemma Bradley is a Team Leader in the Housing Disrepair department at Bond Turner, having joined the firm in November 2021.
Progressing from her previous role as a fee earner, Gemma now oversees a team of fee earners, offering guidance and training to enhance their expertise in litigation. Gemma continues to manage a caseload of litigated files and so ensures meticulous management from inception to trial, reviewing pleadings, applications, and ensuring compliance with legal directions.
Motivated by facilitating her team’s growth and development, Gemma fosters a supportive environment where each member can thrive. She maintains an open-door policy, encouraging her team to seek guidance and providing regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings for effective communication and problem-solving. Gemma is professional and dedicated to her clients and colleagues and has a friendly and approachable nature.
Outside the office, Gemma enjoys traveling, reading, and cherishing moments with her husband and family.
