Liam Wyatt is a solicitor in the Group Litigation team, and his role is assisting Malcolm Lewis with the various litigation work the team has on with a key focus on the Emission work. He is also assisting with key research into new opportunities within the group litigation market and working on other individual matters the team is working on.
Throughout his entire legal career from working as assistant paralegal to solicitor and working in retail whilst studying his degree and LPC his focus has always been client satisfaction. He is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that a client’s goals and deadline is always met, and its satisfaction levels are exceeded. Liam is a team player and takes his fair share of work, and when his allocation is completed assists his team to complete the task quicker. He has also previously undertaken at prior firms training sessions for junior colleagues to assist them with their work and career development.
Liam likes to improve and innovate where he can, this includes using excel and other legal technology platforms to improve not just his own productivity levels and work but also the teams to allow for a better service for his clients. Liam strives to provide a value for money service. Being able to think of new ideas and methods to tackle time consuming tasks to help our clients and team is a great feeling as it makes him and his team stand out from the competition.
Outside the office Liam is an avid Football fan, and supporter of the blue side of Merseyside. he enjoys playing TCG’s on both a casual and sometimes competitive level and will travel across the UK and Europe to play in events. He also a big theme park fan and will travel to a couple parks per year (mostly Florida where he has some family located who he enjoys visiting).
