Neil also has a keen interest in group litigation and has had the opportunity of dealing with substantial high value group actions, some involving over 60 claimants.
Having worked in the rapidly evolving costs sector for over a decade, Neil has in-depth knowledge of civil costs and has been involved in several high profile and widely-reported appeal cases such as O’Beirne v Hudson [2010] EWCA Civ 52.
Neil is on hand to provide both technical and practical costs advice to the fee earners at Bond Turner, and has extensive knowledge of costs budgeting and the costs management process.
Away from the office, he enjoys keeping fit and watches Liverpool FC whenever the opportunity arises.
